ਭੂਆ (Bhua - my aunt, dad's sister)

ਦਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਝਾਤ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a glimpse of grandmother,

ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਬੜੀ ਦਿਆਲ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is kind at heart,

ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਲਈ ਢਾਲ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a shield for my father,

ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਹੇਲੀ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a friend to my mother.

ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਪਾਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua raised me like a mother,

ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the foundation of my life,

ਰੋਜ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua offers prayers for me every day,

ਮੰਗਦੀ ਭਲਾ ਸਭ ਦਾ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua asks for the good of all.

ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਦੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua loves every one of us,

ਮੇਰੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is another form of my worship,

ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the visible form of God,

ਮਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਧਾਗਾ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the thread of my prayer beads

ਭਾਵੇਂ ਆਪ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੰਡਾਵੇ ਭੂਆ

Even as she endures her own pain,

ਪਰ ਸੁੱਖ ਵੰਡਦੀ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

but shares happiness with everyone,

ਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a source of wisdom,

ਸਬਰ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਦਾ ਮੁਜਸਮਾ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the embodiment of patience and contentment.

ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਨ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a mine of all virtues,

ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਾਵੇ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua makes everyone laugh,

ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਝੱਟ ਭਜਾਵੇ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua drives away any trouble in an instant,

ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਰੌਣਕ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the life and joy of the family.

ਸਚਿਆਈ ਦੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the image of truth,

ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua teaches honesty,

ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is a symbol of hard work,

ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਨਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪਰਿਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the definition of an independent woman.

ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the fragrance of happiness,

ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਨੂਰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the light of humility,

ਬਲ ਦੀ ਦੇਵੀ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the goddess of strength,

ਸੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਦਰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is Indra (God of thunder) of all blessings.

ਮੇਰੀ ਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਕਰਾਵੇ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua makes me victorious in every battle,

ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਜਸ ਗਾਵੇ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua sings the praises of the Guru,

ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਰੱਛਿਆ ਕਰੇ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua protects at every moment,

ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਜ਼ੂਰ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua remains present at every moment.

ਹਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਰਤ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

Bhua is the character of happiness,

ਤੇ ਹਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੀਰਤ ਹੈ ਭੂਆ

And Bhua is the glory of harkirat (hark).
